Deposit

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking.

 

Payment

By credit card or cheque made payable to Barossa Classic Cycle Tours. Balance is required 60 days prior to Tour departure. Upon receipt of your form & deposit BCCT will reserve a space for you on the tour and forward a copy of tour notes and final invoice.

 

Cancellations

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. If cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to Tour start, all monies will be returned less the non-refundable deposit of $200. If cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to Tour start 50% of monies paid will be refunded. If cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to tour or while on tour due to illness accident or other, 100% of cost will be forfeited.

 

Insurance

Private health cover, ambulance cover, personal accident insurance or other are strongly recommended. Travel insurance to cover unexpected need to withdraw is recommended.

 

Health & Fitness

For our extended tours, cyclists must be in good health and physical condition and should be able to comfortably ride 50km a day. Maximum daily distance can be up to 120km. You are not obliged to ride the full distance each day. Options are available. You are advised to have a medical check and follow a training program applicable to the distances to enjoy the tour.

  
 

 

I wish to enter this Barossa Classic Cycle Tour event at my own risk. I understand that participation in this ride involves riding on public roads used by other traffic, and in doing so, I am aware of the potential dangers, both on and of public roads. In my judgement, I am capable and competent to participate safely in this ride. I hereby release, exempt and claims photos or video footage taken of myself or others, while taking part in whatsoever made or taken by any person, arising out of my indemnify the organisers Barossa Classic Cycle Tours, its staff, sponsors, volunteers and all other persons involved in the organization of this event, from all actions, costs, demands, proceedings, and participation in this tour. I accept that I am to wear a helmet, abide by road laws, and understand the organisers have no responsibility for property damaged or stolen. BCCT reserves the right to change the advertised tour itinerary due to road works, bad weather, unsafe conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances. I declare I am 18 years of age or older. I consent to publication, for promotional purposes, of any this tour.
